This table outlines the various user roles and permission levels within the CLAIMS Management System. Each user type is associated with a specific set of permissions that control what actions they can perform, which claims they can access, and how they interact with claim data.

All permissions on all claims.
✅ Customers, Quotations, Policies, Titoli, Blacklist

All claims
Full access to all claims/data across the system. Top-level authority. Cannot be restricted or removed.

❌ Blacklist only view
Can see all claims but edit only on assigned claims
Same as Supervisor but limited to specific claims. Suitable for claim managers/team leads.
