    All permissions on all claims.

    ✅ Customers, Quotations, Policies, Titoli, Blacklist

    ❌ No update economic historic values.

    ❌ No change damage class.

    ❌ No economic main lists.

    ❌ No remove permissions. CLAIM Supervisor

    like CLAIM Superadmin, but:

    ❌ No delete notes.

    ❌ No delete stati.

    ❌ No delete documenti.

    ❌ No CARD Operations.

    ❌ No email templates edit.

    All claims

    Full access to all claims/data across the system. Top-level authority. Cannot be restricted or removed.

    CLAIM Manager (Gestore sinistro)

    like CLAIM Supervisor

    ❌ No create claim

    ❌ No assign manager

    ❌ Blacklist only view

    Can see all claims but edit only on assigned claims

    Same as Supervisor but limited to specific claims. Suitable for claim managers/team leads.

    CLAIM User (Amministrazione sinistro)

    Standard claims handler. Can’t make payments, set reserves, or assign internal professionals.

    CLAIM User Scoped (Amministrazione sinistro - sinistri di competenza)

    Can see only assigned claims where user is internal professional

    on user interface can be added as "Fiduciario"

    Works only on specific claims. Visibility and actions are limited to claims where the user is assigned as internal professional.

    STANDARD / DEFAULT User (Standard)

    Claims linked to policies under their intermediary

    Basic profile. No edit/management rights. Restricted to claims tied to their intermediary’s policies.

    EXPERTS (Perito, medico, avvocato)

    Can see only assigned claims

    Can see claims where they are assigned. Can upload docs but can't edit or add notes/economic data.

    LAWYER EXTENDED (Avvocato - permessi estesi)

    like CLAIM Expert but

    ✅ Can edit the claim

    ✅ Can send email ❌ No economic, No Card operations

    Can see only assigned claims

    on user interface can be added as "Fiduciario"

    Can see assigned claims and perform permitted actions based on their profile. No system-wide edit restriction like other roles.
