How to Export and Select Columns

📝 Steps to Perform

Export Data:

  1. Locate the "Esporta" button in the red-highlighted section near the top.

  2. Click on "Esporta" to download the records, typically in formats Excel or CSV.

Select Visible Columns:

  1. Find the "Visibilità colonne" button next to the export button.

  2. Click it to open a dropdown menu.

  3. To toggle a column’s visibility:

  • Click the checkbox (or row) of the desired column inside the "Visibilità colonne" menu.

  • If it's red — it's selected (visible).

  • Clicking it again will deselect and hide it from the table.

Filter Options :

Each column header (e.g., Sorgente, ID, Targa, Assicurato, etc.) includes:

  • A sort icon (▲▼) to sort the column up/down.

  • A filter input or dropdown (when clicked), to narrow results.


You Can Filter By:

  • Sorgente – The source system (e.g., NMG)

  • ID – Unique claim number

  • RIC – Internal claim reference

  • Targa / Targa Controparte – License plate(s) of the insured and the third party

  • Cinquina / Cinquina Inversa – Internal classification fields

  • Assicurato – Name of the insured person

  • Assicurato CF / Altro CF – Tax codes of the insured and other involved parties

  • Riferimento Interno – Internal reference code

  • Data Denuncia – Date the claim was reported

  • Data Evento – Date of the event (e.g., accident)

  • Status – Current claim status

  • Controparte – Third party involved

  • Inserito il – Date the claim was created in the system

  • Creato il – Creation date (possibly redundant with "Inserito il")

  • Programmati CARD / Inviati CARD – CARD program-related filters

  • Professionista Esterno – External professional assigned to the claim

  • Assegnati a me (Liquidatore) – Claims assigned to the logged-in adjuster


How to Use:

  1. Click on the header of a column (e.g., "Targa").

  2. Use the dropdown or input to enter your filter (e.g., a specific license plate).

  3. The list will instantly update to show matching results.

  4. Use "Reimposta" at the top to reset all filters.
