How to Edit the Status of the Claim

📝 Steps to Perform

• Edit the status of the claim

At the bottom of the page, Click state (Stato).

Follow the steps shown in the screenshot

To check your States, click States (Stati)

To Delete a status click Delete (Elimina)

To check the Claim State :

• Claim General State Mapping Rules

• Open Partial Payment → If any involved is in: Aperto pagamento parziale or Chiuso con indennizzo

• Closed Without Follow-up → If all involved are: Chiuso Senza Seguito

• Closed Without Compensation → If all involved are: Chiuso Senza Seguito or Chiuso senza indennizzo

• Closed With Compensation → If all involved are one of: Chiuso Senza Seguito, Chiuso senza indennizzo, or Chiuso con indennizzo AND at least one is: Chiuso con indennizzo

• Reopened → If it was closed but now has new involved items with mixed statuses

• Open ( Aperto) → If none of the above match

Also, skip if:

• Involved is missing and Claim status is also missing.
