How to Reset Forfait

For CARD claim you could reset fixed fee.

📝 Steps to Perform

• Verify the Wrong Right (Ragione o torto) field it should be one of the following

• Click Azzera Forfait in the bottom of the claim page

• Check the CARD Section you will see a new record

• Check the Economic CARD Section in each involved you will see a new record
