The behavior of the SIC button depends on the source type of the claim:

📂 When the Source is cardG2

• The system automatically retrieves only the SIC Protocol value.

📝 When the Source is manual

• You must manually provide the following information:

  • Event Date

  • Plate and Other Plate

  • Plate Type and Other Plate Type

  • Vehicle Type and Other Vehicle Type

• Based on this data, the system will:

  • Identify the insurance company covering the other plate

  • Retrieve the corresponding:

    • Owner

    • Insured

    • SIC Protocol
