How to Set CTT Reserve

📝 Steps to Perform

1. Go to “Vista Coinvolti”

• From the left-hand menu under Sinistri, click Vista Coinvolti.

• This opens the list of people (parties) involved in claims.

• Modifying an existing person, click the edit icon.

CTT it's used on claim card and on personal injuries.

1. First you must make sure about validation values:

• The claim type must be 'card'

• The damage class must be 'P'

• The reason must be 'RTT'
