Manager CARD

Claim Managers can track claims assigned to them that have been recently updated by the CARD SENRECRE file.

Purpose

The view displays only the claims:

  • Assigned to the current Claim Manager

  • That have been updated by a SENRECRE file (CIDRRE record)

This helps managers identify which claims need attention. Once a claim has been reviewed, it can be marked as "Lavorato" (Worked) to remove it from the list.

What You’ll See

The list shows key claim details:

  • ID – Clickable link to open the claim

  • RCI – Internal company reference

  • Denuncia – Claim reporting date

  • Targa – Vehicle plate

  • Ragione o Torto – Fault status

  • Aggiornato – Date of last update from ANIA (CIDRRE)

Filters Available

You can refine the list using these filters:

  • Lavorato:

    • NO (default): Shows claims that still need to be processed

    • SI: Shows claims already marked as worked

  • Aggiornato: Filter by update date from ANIA

  • Denuncia: Filter by claim reporting date

Marking a Claim as Worked

When you're done reviewing a claim:

  1. Click into the claim.

  2. Use the “Lavorato” button (available only if you're the assigned claim manager).

  3. This marks the claim as worked, and it will no longer appear in the list.
