How to Open a New Claim

📝 Steps to Perform

• Access the Menu: Go to Claim (Sinistri) > Claim view (Vista Sinistri).

• Create a New Claim: Click on Add Dallbogg MTR Claim (Aggiungi Dallbogg MTR Claim).

• Enter the Minimum Required Information:

  • Select the claim type (Tipologia Sinistro).

  • Enter the date of claim (Data denucia).

  • Enter the event date (Data evento).

  • Enter the license plate number (Targa Dallbogg).

  • Other license plate number (Targe controparte): fill in if needed (not required for CVT type).

  • Incident description (Descrizione sinistro) Event Description: Tamponade

  
• Multi-Tab Input for Claims

  When opening a new claim, you have access to three distinct tabs to input different types of information.

1. Insured and Driver (Assicurato e conducente) : Enter details about the policyholder and the driver involved in the claim.

Checkbox Label	Meaning / Purpose
Colpevole	Marks the insured as at fault for the accident.
Rinuncia rivalsa	Indicates the insurer waives the right of recourse (often in specific policy types).
Sosta	The insured vehicle was parked/stationary during the incident.
Danno a veicolo assicurato	The insured vehicle was damaged in the accident.
Danno a cose assicurato	There was damage to property belonging to the insured (not the vehicle).
Danno a persone assicurato	There was personal injury to the insured or passengers.

1. Other Company (Altra compagnia) : Provide information regarding any other insurance company involved.

1. General Information and CARD (Informazioni generali e CARD) : Input general claim details and specific CARD-related information.

• Save the Claim: Once the basic information is filled in, click Save to create the claim, go to the bottom of the page and Save

When saving an item, please select one of the following options:

• Save and Preview – Save the item and navigate to the preview page.

• Save and Go Back – Save the item and return to the previous screen.

• Save and Edit Item– Save the item and stay on the same page for further modifications.

• Save and Add New Item– Save the item and open a new form to add another one.
